Well it must be fine, because the US government concluded Apple was being anti-competitive and Amazon wasn't doing anything wrong at all.

Amazon are doing it publisher by publisher not getting them all together to agree a set of terms at the same time.

OK, so if Amazon makes each individual publisher accept the same set of egregious terms one after another by use of it's overwhelming market advantage, that's not anti-competitive at all then?

Maybe but Apple went wrong by colluding with the publishers to force a competitor to accept terms that were beneficial to Apple

I'll just stop you there. The whole jist of your argument seems to be that 'because Apple did something wrong what Amazon are doing is OK' Two points 1) Apple were fined for what they did. 2) That argument is bollocks anyway.
