Um, my first thought is all they've done is aggregate a bunch of unsecured webcams on one site. Not exactly a breach of Anonymous proportions.

You can browse random webcams across the web very easily anyway, using "inurl viewerframe mode" searches in google. It isn't a secret or some spectacular new hack. Maybe it'll get more people to secure their webcams though.
