It’s not connection I would have made without prompting from some of the easily agitated media. Unless that H was a more vertical letter form, such as an I (which you can”t use) or even a J or a L (with a bit of a push), I don’t see it. Some people would have made the H LOOK more like II (two capital Is) by putting a white screw cap on the bar, but then you’d get something that looks almost, but almost entirely unlike 11982
