Even they admit it's going to be controversial - that's where we're at now!

I'd guess the people at the top can see the potential of having very young customer data and trends they might not otherwise get. Hell, even the designers and engineers have an inkling by the sound of it. There's nothing creepy about it at all...

IT's not as if it's unusual. Why do you think MS and Apple give massive discounts to education?
