Hard disks? None of the remaining Apple i-Devices have hard disks! Bah!

I've got an 80 GB iPod Classic still going strong but it doesn't look like it's worth that much at the moment. Plus I still use it, although I suspect the battery is getting a bit tired now.

My god, the comment thread on that is a fine example of group stupidity.

I still have - and use - my black iPod Video.
It's in perfect cosmetic condition as well.

I have a 160gb iPod classic. The last 160 gb version. It's in the glove box of my car plugged into the stereo :-)

I owned a 2GB iPod Nano for all of five minutes.
BP gave one to everyone on the rig for drilling a well safely and ahead of schedule. I sold mine to the MWD engineer for about 20% less than retail as I didn't want it.

I did recently think about getting a small media player that could play FLAC so I wouldn't waste battery life on my phone listening to music. However I decided it wasn't worth the cash.

I have a first gen iPod, bought on the day they were released in the UK, so over 13 years old now and still going strong.

As in the 4GB (IIRC) one with a Firewire connection?

That's the one, although they were 5GB not 4. I've even got the remote control for it, and if I can find the box the original never-used earbuds!

Oh, so close on the capacity front.
