I don't regard the internet, or TV or other stuff like that as a human right.
Human rights are the basics, the right to a fair trial etc.

It's not essential, but it's so ubiquitous that it can be used to stop censorship, share information, ferment the sort of unrest that's healthy longterm... And even though I often think, 'Madness!', it's now integral to infrastructure all around the world.
