I don't regard the internet, or TV or other stuff like that as a human right. Human rights are the basics, the right to a fair trial etc. |

It's not essential, but it's so ubiquitous that it can be used to stop censorship, share information, ferment the sort of unrest that's healthy longterm... And even though I often think, 'Madness!', it's now integral to infrastructure all around the world. |
