Sorry, but I'm not a fan of paying people not to do things that they'll either probably still do or want to give up by themselves anyway. |

Argos and Boots. Are the pitching a demographic or something? Some poeple probably wouldn’t stop smoking for anything less than Waitrose vouchers.
