Knowing how much Sky charge for stuff and how crap their customer service is reputed to be, I'd actively avoid it. |

I didn't have any problems with Sky TV support whenever I needed them. Mostly based in Scotland I think. IIRC Didn't they take over an ISP that already had a fairly ropey reputation, can't remember which it was, but it would explain if their broadband support was crap. |
