For one year, I think. My wife was talking as that came on the news last night... Just the 850K remained.

Still a darn sight less than £5.14bn, even over 3 years. And given the relative performances of the German and English national teams I can't help but thinking that the Germans are getting a considerably better deal than anyone in the UK is (except the FA and associated clubs).

Bundesliga 628M per year (domestic) 2013-2017 seasons. Not nearly as much as the Premier League but not an insignificant amount either.

I was about to say three quarters of a million quid for the entire Bundesliga for a years TV rights, and 2,300 times that for the Premier League??

And yet the price of a ticket to go see a game in the Bundesliga is like half of the price of going to a game in the premier league...
