let me try and explain why i am disappointed that my daughters didn’t consider voting as important i may not get this right but i will try to explain ... Thursday was the 70th anniversary of VE day, please bear that in mind after all the election 'fighting' after all the parties placed there policies before the electorate after all the arguments between the parties and the voters that happened regardless of their political view point or standing. not one life was lost, whoever you are, whoever you supported, whoever you voted for, whoever became Govt. no one died 70 years ago to get the freedom that we enjoy today and have this vote to use too decide the future millions gave their lives for this freedom, the freedom to vote. i am disappointed ... |
