He's right, but the industry did lovely by ripping people off, artists included, for decades. It also did fcuk all when presented with the biggest opportunity going - the internet. In fact, they all but promoted piracy when most people hadn't a bloody clue. That lead to the likes of Spotify having an arguable moral platform!

The industry utterly deserves it's fate.
