George Osborne outlines city devolution plan for England - BBC News http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-32726171 That's evil genius - any city short-sighted and dumb enough to take that on will be at the Tory beck and call for everything, while the NHS and other services will be systematically run into the ground, because money... All while the Tories get free publicity in the north where previously they couldn't have gotten arrested. I wouldn't be surprised if George is actually Dave's choice of successor at this rate. |
