It's America. Your likelihood of incarceration is much much more related to how much your lawyers cost than whether you're actually guilty.

I'm sure that if you had sex with your girlfriend, you wouldn't want it plastered all over the net... Okay, if you had done it in a public park and a passer-by videoed it, you only hacve yourself to blame, but in the privacy of your own home or a hotel room is something different.
