Very much so.
I do chemical hazard assessments at work and steroidal substance almost by default have to be assigned to the highest hazard category due to effects on fertility and fetal development, in addition to the fact that excess tends to increase the risk of developing cancer. Widespread largely of uncontrolled use is pretty scary purely on there known effects without even considering the increased risk of needle transmitted disease.
