The police are quite possibly thinking, 'Ah, fcuk.'

He's left it rather a long time.
Also, a man was found having suffered a serious sexual assault and also dead in the swimming pool of the guys house. He was never charged right enough but how the hell does he think that the police wouldn't want, need in fact, to ask him rather a lot of questions.

I imagine he's got a lot more info he can use now, with the leaks to the press/pure BS etc, he probably sees a way in. I remember the NotW having a field day at the time, much of it later to be proved bollocks.

Wrongful arrest? Didn't he accept a caution for drugs offences when he was arrested then?
