Bought some bacon yesterday, well, what the Germans call Fruhstücksspeck (Breakfast bacon). I haven't had bacon for ages!
Looking forward to coming to England next week, hoping I'll get a couple of proper rashers of bacon during my stay.

Sea weed fried in bacon fat and served with bacon is a classic welsh dish. Its yummy.
