Though as they said, why would they have a file on a 19 year old Cameron, unless they knew he was going to be someone of international importance one day?

It's the historian I'm laughing at, he makes the KGB look amateurish himself! How could he have possibly tracked them down without there being something to it? Not that I strictly believe any of it.
