WTF?

Corporations in 'lying to their customers' shocker. I mean, is anyone actually surprised any more? We've had years and years of it being exposed that companies have basically lied and cheated their customers with next to no real punishment for doing so. Why expect them to stop?

I've refused to show mind in the W.H.Smith at EMA for years. Every time resulted in along back and forth conversation. Once they flat out refused to serve me claiming the airport 'demanded' they do it. That's note been shown to be a lie.
