Ooookaaaay. So what does this mean? Are we to assume that “alleged extremists” are likely to be from a religion that is associated with brown people and deserts? I ask because there are a lot of extremists out there who come from a wide variety of religious backgrounds, including Christianity. Do we extend this to political extremists? You know, those Marxists you keep hearing about? Or those far right groups like Britain First? They could come out as extreme when examined more closely. Imagine if Richard Dawkins ended up on this list because of his extreme atheism. Or Jeremy Corbyn because of his left wing agenda which, according to the Tories, threatens national security. |
