Watching the live feed from Sky on YouTube.
Interesting to see how this shapes up.

They attacked one of the biggest and most renowned concert venue, it's not just dead people, it's an attack on culture and way of life

Somebody, probably from either Russia or France, will probably give the green light on doing something pretty dramatic in response to this behaviour.

Awful truly awful. How the hell can supposed intelligent people do this.

There was a silence at the start of the Lord Mayors parade in London in solidarity with the people of Paris and I believe the Tricolour is being flown at half mast as a mark of respect as well.

There's still 250 people in hospital so it will take a while to know who is safe

It's hard to know what to say without it coming out all wrong and sounding trite. A dreadful night in Paris.

The act of lighting famous world monuments with the tricolor as a show of solidarity seems to have happened pretty spontaneously. what can you do other than say to the people of Paris that the rest of the world is on their side and finds the acts that have been perpetrated upon them utterly abhorrent?

#JeSuisParis seems to be trending, an obvious echo of #JeSuisCharlie. A sentiment repeated is by no means a sentiment lessened.
