It’s a move in the right direction. HTML 5 animation apps are getting better and better (I personally use one called Hype), and they are getting able to do more that Flash did, but by using HTML, JavaScript, SVG and CSS. Adobe’s software will still be able to push out Flash, but I hope that they will make the “Flash is deprecated” announcement in the not too distant future.
