The Isis papers: leaked documents show how Isis is building its state | World news | The Guardian

Wouldn't be surprised if the papers are real; their grasp of funding, propaganda, backing, structure etc hasn't been seen since the IRA was at full tilt.

The text highlights the need for Isis to achieve a unified culture encompassing foreigners and natives and sets out the need for self-sufficiency by establishing its own independent “factories for local military and food production” and creating “isolated safe zones” for providing for local needs.

Those poor guys don't know what they're in for.

Before they know it they will be in the EU, all their sovereignty will be gone, and then there'll be austerity and people on the itnernet saying they suck. They'll wonder why they bothered doing the whole country thing at all.
