I'm assuming someone has been expecting the queen to pop her clouds for a while then? I can see why Charles gets them, but not why, as reported, William gets them. He won't be king for decades. |

The problem is how gung ho he gets, plus he actually has higher access than some of the ministers in the actual departments. |
