It’s a bizarre one, isn’t it? This whole licensing by territory thing. That was never really solvable when games consoles were locked to regions. Same for DVDs. It strikes me as very odd that a company will make something mind bogglingly popular, and then limit its distribution to the point where they start losing money because people outside of their precious walled garden find other ways of peeking in. Instead of shutting the doors, make everything available everywhere.
