Touch instead of tackle? Pah! Wimps! So, instead of struggling towards the line for a try, with 4 people clinging to your back and legs, you have to had the ball over if somebody taps you on the shoulder? BAH! |

Oh ffs, this nanny state bollocks can [LIFTED] right off - Taught properly, Rugby is a very safe sport. I never had anything more than bruises and the odd sprain during school. How do you learn tackling techniques playing touch and pass? |

Same opinion, the "taught properly " part is important. Playing against untrained people is also dangerous. If not spinal injuries, fractures are really common with a bad tackle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

So are many sports I played rugby for 7 yrs through school and no injuries and IIRC they were very rare The only injuries of note I can remember were from Hockey - I cracked a guys kneecap when the ball hit it at speed and someone being hit by a boats boom when sailing I know lets ban all sport so the little darlings wont get injured |
