Has any industry ever kicked it's own arse as hard as music? It didn't control streaming even when spouting BS about piracy, new bands are increasingly setting up their own labels and revenue streams, older artists that propped up the entire industry are out of the game or couldn't get arrested... It can't even get it's physical product into stores for the most part.
