By all means give them the resources they're legally entitled to under international law or whatever, but the islands are ours.

Actually, the islands belong to the people who live there. In terms of international law, they're self-governing but have a defence agreement with the UK.

The UN report doesn't change any of that. It doesn't even give Argentina any more rights than they previously had. It just means if they get into an argument about mineral exploitation rights or whatever they have one more piece of paper to wave. A piece of paper the other party is allowed to freely ignore.
