Haven't they had a spate of fires recently? I wouldn't like to be at the top of that one if a fire erupts.

The fires are due to something called Alucobond ( sandwich of flammable insulation and aluminium) it's now banned but anything pre 2015 is at risk.
Cheap and cheerful so in a country with limited H&S rules, what do you expect?
