War on drugs: UN challenged by Colombian president | World news | The Guardian http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/a ... ident-farc I agree with 'territory by territory' solutions and not sending users to prison unless you plan to get them off the gear in there, but legalisation of cocaine? There's a hundred reasons why that won't work. Something to consider with drug farms is using them for medical purposes of course, but you're talking governments around the world growing a pair and changing the narrative they've been hiding behind for decades. The only way that'll likely happen is the stock market getting involved in a concerted effort. |
