That's not the real issue and she knows it.

The CPS can't even get prosecutions when the evidence is hanging out of it, so heaven forbid the police would bring them new leads around embarrassing 'VIP' paedos. The CPS is about much more than court cases when it comes to dealing with the police, like the police asking if they could have handled things differently then or for the future.
