It is a legal requirement for TV services in Europe, so it isn't surprising. That said, Amazon.de's Prime Video has a lot of German TV series and Euro films. I don't know if it reaches the quota level or not, but it isn't as if they don't have any local content. |

They will just by x hundred hours of very cheap day time soap from Spain or somewhere and so will have the required 20% of EU content that no one will watch |
