Would be better of the Tory party hadn't cut/privatised it to within in a inch of falling apart in the first place.

Well, colluded possibly insofar as they haven't bothered opposing it in the house. But the large majority of the cuts and outsourcing has happened on the current administration's watch under the banner of 'austerity'.

what opposition in the house they all (conservative, labour, liberals, snp, greens and others) seem at the moment nicely tucked up together in the same bed sharing the same duvet and all singing from the same hymn sheet ...
