I could kind of understood if they'd gone for 'Should've gone to SpecSavers' - as in the entire phrase, but yeah. Seems like an odd thing to have a trademark on. Mind you, as the article points out, Carlsberg managed to TM 'probably' a while ago so it's not like there isn't precedent for it.
