That it would require HMRC to be utterly overhauled to the tune of hundreds of millions? That it's one of the most corrupted organisations in the state? How about it requiring the likes of KPMG and PWC to tell the truth for it to stand any chance of being effective, when they sign off on the banks' and government's dodgy figures meaning they'll never be brought down? |
