Well, he shows contempt for pretty much everyone else so why should his opposite number in the Commons be any different? |

The last great idea of investing billions into an IT system failed and was all but abandoned. NHS direct calls were handled by clinicians (typically nurses) who had a clue. Current 111 service is handled by script reading monkeys. |
