WTF? We live in an over populated world as it is!

Not having sex is not infertility, it is abstinance!

Why can't such women use sperm banks? Surely that's their raison d'etre?

Sad people who spend their lives sitting in back offices with nothing to do thinking up these wierd definitions.

To be fair, abstinence requires intent - you have to want to forgo the thing you abstain from, and it has to be something you would otherwise do/have (see the Christian practice of Lent, or Islamic Ramadan). Not having sex even though you want to is probably better categorised as 'bad luck'.
