Yeah, maybe the government could start asking questions?

No maybe WE need to start asking the government why they keep subcontracting to the same firm they are in dispute with in other areas, or asking WHO in the government is in Capita's pocket.

I have left more than one contract because of the way Capita treat not only their clients, but also their staff.
On one occasion I walked out in the first week because I was not prepared to be associated with Capita who were also supplying contract staff. That action got me quite a few other offers of contracts with the MOD.

It's the government's job as our elected reps, plus there's already been countless select committee reports on such blatant corruption and incompetence. The public only really react come election time, and even then they aren't thinking past their own individual noses. Certainly not on issues like this.
