The four co-defendants in the Piratebay copyright case have been granted leave to appeal over there conviction.


	Quote: The Swedish court has ruled that the Pirate Bay four will receive an appeal, scheduled for November 9, 2009. The Pirate Bay four were convicted of "assisting in making copyright content available" through their website, The Pirate Bay.

There chances of winning are close to zero and falling especially as

Do the words "conflict" and "interest" appear in the Swedish language?

"Assisting in making copyright content available" has got to one of the most absurd offences I have heard of. That's an even weaker requirement than inciting.
