Loving it, but you know it'll be watered down. But it's clear someone's taken the leash off Ofcom in the last year.

Hmm, good idea in principle but I don't think some of the rates are really high enough.
For example, if an engineer calls and you aren't in the Openreach will bill you (through the ISP) well in excess of £100 (it was about £130 years ago, I assume it's gone up since then). You should be entitled to at least the same as the feckers are going to charge you for a missed appointment IMHO.

I noticed the article said the big providers were coming up with a competing industry code of practice. It will indeed be interesting to see what happens.
