Kalanik has been forced out of his position of CEO.
Hopefully it means an end to the Bro' Culture that the company personified.
Hopefully it also means that they will start to operate legally - at the moment all Uber drivers in Germany are driving illegally, without valid insurance.

I wouldn't count on any significant changes tbh. It sounds very much like the culture is pretty well embedded in the company so it will take a long time to change unless they have a serious purge of the 'old guard'.

Well a lot of senior people have left in the last few months. Not sure if they have anyone in a CxO position at the moment, which must be slightly scary for the shareholders. Heard someone comment it's the closest anyone's gotten to a self driving company.
