Bruno Ganz has died. He starred in the memetastic Downfall.
Had to edit as I spelt Ganz wrong. I'll get my coat.

His best known film is probably An Angel over Berlin, at least in Germany.
Hitler in Downfall was a very contravertial role, it is the first time that a German/Austrian actor has played the role and not had their career destroyed.
One of his last roles was a remake of Heidi.
RIP.
Rudi Assauer died this week as well, a footballing legend in Germany, with a professional career from 1964 to 1976 at BVB (Borussia Dortmund) and Werder Bremen, before going on to manage Bremen and later Schalke 04.
