Asda's layout is awful despite having a good range of items, but their own brand stuff is woeful. And online delivery? Up there with the time I ordered trainers from Very and received a musical Tellytubby.
I really like Iceland for having a decent enough range and being cheap, but the stores are always cramped and their packers/delivery drivers don't GAF. Also, stuff continually goes out of stock and reappears weeks later.
Sainsburys is just a dear hole with a stupid layout.
M&S are far too dear.
I only go into Lidl if I'm nearby and curious as to what useful items are on sale as opposed to food.
Tesco is just about the best overall for me because all the reasons, though the staff need to get their stock cages out of the bloody way... after they've actually stocked the shelves. When your own brand stuff isn't even there...
