Yeah I read this elsewhere.

People can be nasty at any age. She used the panic alarm 20 times a day! She called the police almost daily! This is the kind of person who wastes resources and then complains when the ambulance takes ten seconds too long to arrive.

Best guess is she wanted attention from anyone, but that doesn't excuse it...
