Governement should have no involvement involving civil law, criminal law yes, but not civil

I've said before, ISPs are little different to the Royal Mail. They deliver stuff - they're not supposed to read it!

Ditto. I think that this scheme is a disaster but whenever Mandelson is involved I think who benefits from such a move, and where can Mandelson benefit?
