I knew it! Grammar police alert! That headline is the result of Americans butchering the English language. The correct title should be "Woman falls pregnant whilst already pregnant" or "Woman falls pregnant while she was already pregnant". Although the former is slightly better. GAH! I will eliminate bad grammar! OT LOL! Was that the celebratory sex of finding out she was pregnant?!
