I can't wait for the oil to run out, then we can leave these medieval countries to their idiotic laws and see how quickly they drop their religious and culturally backward ways.

Egypt is already in the s**t, literally as they slaughtered all the pigs in the country. Now the streets of Cairo are flowing with rubbish and waste. A Christian community which kept pigs used to clear up the rubbish, sort through it and feed the organic waste to the pigs. Now there are no pigs.

Despite contracting companies to install bins, no-one is using them as Egyptians are used to someone collecting rubbish from their homes. More in the link below

Yes and part of the decision to do so was also religiously based as a way of favouring Muslims over Christians.
