I love the Office of Fair Trading. It's estimated that for every £1 it costs it saves consumers £6 through pursuing dodgy dealers and scam awareness schemes. Trading Standards, IMO, is an underrated public service - many people are not even aware of their existence or the good work that they do. But then I am biased, so I would say that. ![]() |

Both are essential, and are underfunded. I would rather see a tough OFT which will end rip off Britain culture. The same goes for Trading Standards. |
