The more I think about it the more I think it was a bit of 'housekeeping' - what were that amount of top brass all doing in the one car? If that's a regular occurrence, their army's in a right state :oops:

I would imagine that they were all claiming expenses. They would all claim for the journey even though one was driving. ;)
