To be honest I blame the Tories for this. They were the ones that privatised BAA in a single entity. They should have broken the company up further into three organisations with none holding more than one London and one Scottish airport. If that had happened they would not have had a situation where the company abused its position to expand Heathrow. BAA has been a disaster since privatisation. |
