I saw this. Maybe there needs to be some reminder/alarm/light that shows the back area is still occupied? Or better still, always check everything's empty before you leave the vehicle. What I wanna know is why the man didn't raise an alarm, and why he was transferred to the care home without a staff member from the care home. |
